Is the facelift procedure painful?
Some discomfort and pain may be experienced on the day of the procedure and into the following day. However, this can be effectively managed with pain relief medication and injections administered during your daycare/hospital stay.
How will a facelift impact my daily life post-surgery?
During the first week or two after surgery, swelling, bruising, and a tight feeling are common. As the swelling subsides, most patients can resume normal activities. It’s advised to avoid scheduling important events during the early recovery phase, as some discomfort may persist for a couple of weeks.
When will I see the final results of my facelift?
Initial results can be seen immediately following the facelift. However, the final outcome will stabilize over the next 2-3 months, with the best results being visible after 6 months.
